If you can find a way to be focused, intentional and calm for one day, you will inevitably be focused, intentional, and calm in the long run.</div><div><br>I want to address one common mistake I see folks make when they start using Sunsama. They think of it like a<em> project</em> planning tool and fill their day with dozens of tasks they can't possibly get to, and continue feeling overwhelmed. <br><br>Sunsama is designed to be a <em>daily</em> planning system. That means, you'll use Sunsama to create a prioritized list of work you can <em>actually finish</em> that day. The in-app planning ritual will nudge you to select a reasonable workload. <span style="line-height:19px">Once your day is planned, you should be able to switch to execution mode and just start working your way down your task list in Sunsama.</span> </div><div><br>I'll check in with you each morning for the next two weeks and share a gentle reminder to plan your day along with ideas that have helped me work better.
