One trait of extremely effective people is that they implement the simplest version of a new process instead of worrying about learning all the ins and outs and waiting to set up the perfect system. To help you with that, I recommend doing just two things today: <ol><li>Go through Sunsama's Daily Planning Ritual for the first time.
