Houzz is updating its key user agreements and policies, including the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which will go into effect on February 15th, 2024.

It will go into effect on February 15th, 2024, and we’ve identified the key changes below for your convenience:<ul><li><span>We added information to reflect new products and features, including location-based alerts for your projects.</span></li><li>We updated and reorganized the policy to make it easier for you to understand how to exercise your rights.</li><li>We added information regarding our participation in data privacy programs, including the E.U.-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.</li></ul></span>We’ve updated our Terms of Use to address new legislation, clarify certain language throughout the agreement, and provide more details on your rights with respect to licensing and removing content on Houzz’s platform.
