Such trial is subject to the <a href="#" style="border-collapse:collapse; word-wrap:break-word; margin:0; padding:0">Sweetpass Program Agreement</a> and any additional terms and conditions that may be associated with the promotional offer disclosed at sign-up or provided to Member. Availability of a free trial is not guaranteed and, if one is available, is only available on the specified terms of the free trial offer. You must cancel at least 48 hours before the expiration of your free trial period, in accordance with the instructions for cancellation in Section 8(B) of the <a href="#" style="border-collapse:collapse; word-wrap:break-word; margin:0; padding:0">Sweetpass Program Agreement</a>, to avoid being automatically charged the $10 Sweetpass+ monthly fee plus applicable taxes.You may timely cancel your membership at any time before the 48 hours period prior to the end of your free trial, but if you cancel you will not continue to receive the Sweetpass+ benefits for the remainder of your free trial period. We provide notice of the terms of the free trial at the time you sign up and you will not receive a separate notice that your free trial is about to end or has ended, or that your paid membership has begun, unless required by law in particular jurisdictions or instances. If you fail to timely cancel your free trial period, you will be charged $10 per month plus applicable taxes to your chosen payment method provided at the time you signed up for your free trial.
